1 1/2 cups flaked cooked sockeye salmon (6 oz)
4 oz light cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon horseradish
4 oz smoked sockeye salmon
2 tablespoons fresh dill weed
Pulse first 4 ingredients in food processor until almost smooth. Add smoked salmon & dill. Pulse 2 or 3 times.
